Areas We Help With
Identify the right resources
Get connected with treatment providers, support groups, or clinical services that fit your situation.
Talk it through, judgment-free
Substance use is hard to talk about. Consultation gives you a confidential space to be honest about what’s happening.
Understand your options
Learn what different levels of care and support look like, so you can make an informed decision about next steps.
Support the whole family
Loved ones need support too. We help family members navigate their own role in a person’s recovery.
Recovery support consultation is not a substitute for medical or clinical addiction treatment. It is a starting point — a confidential conversation to help you find the right next step.
How Recovery Support Consultation Helps
2. Understanding your situation
We talk through what’s happening, your history, and what support could look like for you or your family.
4. Ongoing support
Check-ins and continued consultation as you or your loved one moves through treatment and early recovery.
3. A coordinated plan
Together, we identify realistic next steps, whether that’s a referral, ongoing consultation, or connecting with other providers.
1. Reach out
Call or send a confidential request. We’ll listen to what’s going on and answer your questions.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. We aim to make the process straightforward, private, and free of judgment.
What to Expect from Recovery Support Consultation
Every recovery journey looks different. Consultation creates space to slow down, understand your options, and take one honest step at a time — for yourself or someone you love.
A Confidential Starting Point for Recovery
Recovery Support FAQs
Is this the same as addiction treatment?
No. Nicole Lindberg provides recovery support consultation and care coordination, not clinical addiction treatment. If clinical treatment is needed, we help connect you with appropriate licensed providers.
Do you accept insurance?
Consultation services are generally private pay; HSA/FSA use may depend on your plan. If a separate clinical service is recommended, coverage and payment are handled by that independent provider. Contact the office to confirm details before scheduling.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Your conversation is confidential. We will explain privacy and any limits to confidentiality at the start of consultation.
Can family members reach out for support too?
Yes. Family members and loved ones are welcome to request consultation about how to support someone navigating substance use.
How do I get started?
Call (651) 307-4993 or submit a confidential consultation request through our contact page, and our office will help you take the next step.
