White Pine Clinical Services, LLC
Nicole Lindberg
MSW, LGSW, LADC, Consultant at Beyond the Brain Therapies, Inc./Counseling & Mediation Solutions
With more than 25 years of experience in mental health and substance use services, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in community mental health, substance use disorder treatment, intensive residential treatment services (IRTS), crisis response, and behavioral health leadership, giving me a broad understanding of both the personal and systemic factors that impact well-being.
My background includes roles as an ACT Team Case Manager, MICD Specialist, Intake Coordinator, ARMHS and CTSS Supervisor, IRTS Director, and various behavioral health compliance leaders. These experiences have allowed me to work alongside individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, severe and persistent mental illness, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I earned my Master of Social Work and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor credentials while continuing to work full-time in the behavioral health field. My clinical training included both school social work and outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, providing experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
At White Pine Clinical Services, I believe healing begins with connection. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and valued. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered perspective, recognizing that every individual carries both challenges and remarkable resilience.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.
The white pine tree is known for its strength, resilience, and ability to thrive through Minnesota’s changing seasons. In many ways, healing follows a similar path. Growth is not always linear, but with support, patience, and self-compassion, meaningful change is possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and renewed hope.
